‘Witches of East End’ Summons Two More to NC
Two more actresses will join Jenna Dewan and Julia Ormand in Wilmington, North Carolina this month to film the pilot for Lifetime’s new supernatural series Witches of East End.

The Hollywood Reporter confirmed yesterday that former Twin Peaks star Madchen Amick (Priest, Sleepwalkers) will join the show as Ormand’s sister, Wendy, a witch who takes the form of a cat.
The magazine also reports that Glenne Headly (Dick Tracy, Mr. Holland’s Opus) has also joined the cast and will play Dash and Killian Gardiner’s (Daniel
Ditomasso) mother, Penelope.
Jenna Dewan (Step Up, American Horror Story) will play Freya Beauchamp, described as a sexy and fearless former wild child who is suprised to learn that she and her sister Ingrid (In Plain Sight‘s Rachel Boston) are their family’s newest generation of witches.
Julia Ormond (Legends of the Fall, Sabrina) plays Joanna, the mother witch, and Patrick Heusinger (Gossip Girl) will play Dewan’s rich philanthropist fiance.
Witches of East End is based on Melissa de la Cruz’s best-selling novel of the same.
The pilot episode is scheduled to film in Wilmington this month.
