Official ‘Iron Man 3′ Site Launched and Logo Revealed

Fans at the San Diego Comic-Con convention on Saturday were treated to the first ever footage from Marvel’s Iron Man 3, currently filming in Wilmington, North Carolina, but while we wait for the teaser to hit the internet, you can check out the official logo for the anticipated sequel below!

The new official site for Iron Man 3 was also launched on Saturday following the Marvel Comic-Con panel, and you can check it out here.

The much anticipated latest chapter in the blockbuster Marvel / Disney franchise stars Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, Guy Pearce, Ben Kingsley, Rebecca Hall, James Badge Dale, Ashley Hamilton, Stephanie Szostak, and Jon Favreau, who directed the first two films and also serves as a producer.

Shane Black takes over the director’s chair for this installment.

Filming started in May at EUE/Screen Gems Studios in Wilmington.

Iron Man 3 will land in theaters on May 3, 2013.
